Look for our products in these skate shops. OLD NEWS 6/10/04 - Whiting's park is sick! Very specific in what is offered, you won't be getting any street skating in here. You will get all levels of tranny though- more than many will ever be capable of conquering. Plenty of kooks around too, bonus!
On the opposite end of the spectrum we have Park Ridge: prefab, manufactured metal ramps no higher than 5 ft. tall.
6/02/04 - Whiting Indiana's new skatepark will be having it's grand opening on Saturday the 5th. It was built by Grindline and looks to be tons of fun. There will also be some skate related art on display nearby. Contact Full Circle Art Supply for more info: (219) 659-0901 ask for Kathy. The address is: 1405 119th Street, Whiting Indiana. Allright, I've been watching this for awhile but it's time to make sure everyone sees what's currently happening... More here. Can you imagine any other group (think sport, not like the KKK or something) getting this much flak, even when offering such generous solutions to the City's concerns? 05/27/04 - Thanks to skatenerd for this news. Every skater has had at least one experience like this! Youthfest

03/15/04 - Highland Park is tearing down the existing skate park and putting in SkateWave!?! Why
do city and park district officials keep doing this? Why doesn't somebody
tell them these parks are crap? The problem is by the time it's public
knowledge, the deal's usually been done. Anyway- I'll keep you posted with the progress. 03/08/04 - So Triple R finally went under. Thanks to Tom and Jeff for their support of Death-Grip! Rumor has it that they donated the bowl to the city of Chicago... Also look for some of the ramps to end up at C. Ron's.
